Terms of Service

1. What Porvelo Is

By creating an account or using Porvelo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Porvelo is an AI-assisted execution and credibility platform. It gives you a structured learning path, an AI Coach, and a public record of evaluated work. It is not a job placement service, a recruitment agency, or an accreditation body. We do not find you a job, submit applications on your behalf, or guarantee that any employer will act on your credibility profile. A credibility score on Porvelo is not a professional qualification, degree, or regulated credential of any kind.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, submit work you did not create, attempt to manipulate the AI evaluation system, or engage in conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the platform. Where feasible we will give notice before suspension. You may delete your own account at any time from Settings.

3. AI Evaluations and Coach

Task evaluations are fully automated: scores, feedback, and approval status are produced by an AI system, not a human reviewer. AI Coach conversations are not professional career, legal, financial, or mental health advice. Neither the evaluations nor the Coach output should be the sole basis for any significant decision. AI output can be wrong.

If you believe an evaluation is incorrect, contact privacy@porvelo.com. We will review it on a best-effort basis and cannot commit to a specific outcome or timeline. EU users: see our Privacy Policy for your GDPR Article 22 rights.

4. Your Work

You own the work you submit. By submitting, you grant Porvelo a limited license to store, display, and evaluate that content to operate the Service. We use Anthropic to process submissions for evaluation; see their privacy policy for how they handle data. We do not use your submission content to train external AI models. AI-generated output (evaluation text, Coach replies, your plan) is licensed to you for personal use as part of the Service.

5. Credibility Profiles

Your credibility profile is public by default. You can make it private from profile settings at any time. Porvelo does not guarantee any specific credibility tier, score, or employment outcome. Employers who view your profile are responsible for their own hiring decisions and equal-opportunity compliance. Scores are AI-produced and should not be the sole basis for any hiring decision.

6. Cohort Free-Access Program

Cohort-1 members accepted through /apply receive 30 days of free Achiever-tier access. To keep it active you must submit at least one task per calendar week (approval is not required, just submission). You also agree to be available for a short feedback call if contacted during the period. Free access ends at 30 days. Porvelo does not guarantee any extension, compensation, or continued access afterward. This grant creates no employment, contractor, or equity relationship.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans (Achiever and Intensive) are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period and you retain access until then.

We do not offer a standing refund guarantee. If something has gone wrong, write to support@porvelo.com and we will review it. EU and UK consumers retain any statutory withdrawal or refund rights that apply under local law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Porvelo's total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of: the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost income or missed opportunities arising from AI-generated evaluations). Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you in full.

9. Changes, Governing Law, and Contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves and will notify users of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence.
